Project Scope:

Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, drainage system, 8-inch water main, water services, fire hydrants, sidewalks, valley gutters, curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, on-street parking, ADA ramps, pavement markings and signage, landscaping, and lighting.

Project Phases:

Phase I: Watermain extension and roadway improvements in front and in rear of Badia Center.

Phase II: Roadway and drainage improvements for the remaining project.

In-House: SW 72nd Avenue from SW 4th Street to Tamiami Blvd.

Project Cost Estimate:

$7,215,420

The project limits are bounded by

SW 71 Avenue between Flagler Street and SW 4 Street
Tamiami Boulevard between SW 71 Avenue and SW 72 Avenue
SW 3 Street between SW 71 Avenue and SW 72 Avenue

Road Closures:
