Department of Housing & Community Development to hold Public Hearings

The City of Miami Department of Housing & Community Development will hold public hearings for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 for U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) grant funds.


All City residents are encourage to attend and participate in these public hearings to discuss community needs and establish priorities for federally funded activities within the City during Fiscal Year 2026-2027 which runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.

City residents are invited to attend in person at the locations noted to provide public comments on Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding provided via the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

 The public hearings will be held as follows:
