Get an Agreement: Hold Harmless (Subdivision Regulation) Application

In order to get a Hold Harmless agreement in complying with subdivision regulation in reference to City of Miami Code section 55-10(i), you need to prepare a package. 

NOTE: This does not refer to the hold harmless agreement for Building Department applications & permits.

The approval, preparation and execution of the agreement must be completed prior to issuance of the required permit(s). 

Steps

Complete Application and Gather Documents

Fill out the top portion of the hold harmless agreement application(PDF, 280KB) and collect copies of all required documents.

Submit Complete Package via Email

Email the completed application and all supporting documents to Department of Resilience and Public Works Development and Roadway Plans section at rpwcovenants@miamigov.com.

Await Response

You will receive a response by email with approval or revisions required, along with the total cost of your application. If approved, additional next-step instructions will be provided.

  • Application fee is $2,800, recording fees depend on the number of pages.
  • Your fees will be determined and invoiced to you when you receive your prepared covenant via email.
