ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 114,69, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes of May 20, 2025, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to allocating $1,259,000 in HOME funds to Papell Family Management Company, LLC for the development of Zoe’s Landing project.

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to allocating $1,650,000 in HOME funds to JMR 1890, LLC for the development of the River Place project.

     

  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $5,700,000 in GOB funds to 5350 Flagler Street, LLC, for the development of the Flagler Villas Phase Two project.

Old Business

  1. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the prior allocation of $3,000,000 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) funds to Yaeger Plaza Partners LLC for the Yaeger Plaza Project.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the change of project name, Gallery at West Brickell, to Magnus Brickell

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the change of project name, Jose Marti Villas, to Brisas del Sol I and Brisas del Sol II
