Evaluation & Appraisal Review of the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
The City of Miami is conducting an Evaluation & Appraisal Review (EAR) of the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan. This is a process that the City conducts every seven years, as required by State Statute. The EAR process gives the City an opportunity to examine its comprehensive plan and amend it to reflect the needs and demands facing Miami. The updated Comprehensive Plan will be a vision for Miami through 2035.

On September 20, the PZAB met and heard the proposed amendments. The proposed amendments have now proceeded to the City Commission.
