Construction Procurement.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of a greenway and associated right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, sidewalks, ADA ramps, drainage system, and lighting in accordance with the Miami River Greenway Master Plan.
Project Cost Estimate:
$5,853,553
Project Boundaries:
The project limits are bounded by NW North River Drive between NW 22 Avenue and NW 24 Avenue.
Road Closures:
Some road closures will occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
Construction Schedule:
The timeline provided is an estimate and may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
