Project Scope:
Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including driveway approaches, sidewalks, ADA ramps, valley gutters, curbs, drainage system, milling and resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, pavement markings and signage, swale regrading and sodding. This project requires securing perpetual easements for new sidewalks. This project also includes a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for the installation of an 8-inch watermain, water service connections, and fire hydrants.
