PUBLIC NOTICE
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting
October 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.
The City of Miami Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, on October 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., to discuss items related to general business, policies, and to provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city-funded programs. Public comments may be submitted via an online comment form until the Chairperson closes public comment for the meeting. Public comment can also be provided live during the meeting at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, subject to any and all COVID-19 rules and procedures. All public comments shall be made part of the public record.

At the meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., the AHAC will discuss items related to general business and policies and provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other City-funded programs. The approval by the AHAC, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on September 25, 2023, and ends on October 24, 2023. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the AHAC for approval on October 24, 2023. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), located at 14 NE 1st Avenue, 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132. Comments to amendment(s) may also be submitted in writing to the HCD address, Attn: Patricia Rueda, and must be received no later than October 24, 2023.
