Project Scope:
Phase I: Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, drainage system, ADA ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter, signing and pavement markings, and landscaping. This project also includes a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for the installation of an 8-inch watermain, water service connections, and fire hydrants.
Phase II: Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, drainage system, ADA ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter, signing and pavement markings, and landscaping.

Phase I: $3,295,614
Phase II: $1,670,650

- Number of properties impacted: Total = 160 (150 Residential and10 Non-residential)
- Total property value protected: $77M
Project Boundaries:
The project limits are bounded by
Phase I: NW 3 St between NW 47 Ave and NW 48 Ave; NW 48 Ave between West Flagler St and NW 3 St.
Phase II: NW 47 Ct between West Flagler St and NW 3 St.

Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
